ARCEL

Arcel takes his duties as a deity seriously, since he still does more than just grant the wishes of mortals all day. However, when he does affiliate with humans, Arcel is usually very caring and wise, and will give advice to a human when he cannot help them himself. He'll listen to whatever you have to say without second thought and always put his full effort into aiding someone when it is necessary. His wisdom also is something that should be noted, as Arcel will commonly express it in his dialogue. although sometimes he can be very vague about things. Arcel is also very polite and mature, but he's also relatively thick skinned when others try to insult or critique him and his ways of doing things. It's hard to get down to his core and shock him in general.

But when someone does something sinful that truly affects him- Arcel is a completely different being in general. He hates killing in general, and is very vengeful when someone decides to get to him and provoke him. He won't easily forgive someone who gets on his nerves, and will do anything to get back at them- no matter what someone else says. But, Arcel usually does not hunt anyone down to the end or anything like that. Instead, you will just be very unfortunate to cross paths with him when you're on his bad side.

Overall, Arcel's someone you might want to talk to when you're having a hard time with something. He will most likely understand you and sometimes even be empathetic. He's very wise and open-minded as well when it comes to helping humans and Arcel cares deeply for most forms of life in general. But, if you get on his bad side, this deity of creation will never forget, and never forgive. 

Creation
Being the deity of creation, Arcel can create all sorts of objects in an instant. The larger or more complex the object, the more energy it drains from him. Of course, he will eventually regain his strength overtime, but he is currently unable to just poof up a skyscraper or something. He cannot transport a current object or lifeform either, so don't come to him when your wedding ring is missing- although he is able to create a replica. Arcel can also create small animals as well, such as a butterfly or a rabbit, but he cannot create an elephant or a dragon at his current power- but he may be able to when he gains more strength.

Sixth Sense and Telekinesis
Arcel also has some miscellaneous abilities, such as using telekinesis to levitate objects around and being able to sense the presence of living things nearby. Each being has it's own unique energy, so Arcel can distinguish one person from the next with this sixth sense, although he cannot recognize one as a certain person unless he has met them. He cannot sense other gods or demons at the moment either.

'Physical' Form
Currently, Arcel can make himself visible to humans in the form of a small, golden ball of light. He can appear in this form in the temple grounds and sometimes even around Tokyo, but those are it's limits with Arcel's current strength. 

HISTORY
The presence of any kind of deity had been absent for a long while in the mortal world. Then numerous gods and demons started to appear at a temple of sorts that appeared with them. Arcel is a more recent addition to the vast array of deities that had poofed into existence, having only popped up weeks ago. At first, he was a bit confused about his purpose of granting the wishes of mortals, but he had eventually began to get the hang of his purpose by watching some of the other gods do their work for awhile. Now, the God of Creation had joined the band of gods at the Temple of Wishes in Tokyo
